1. Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with the bedding purchased. If you are not satisfied, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. The returned products must meet the following conditions:
Products are unused: The products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Products are not damaged: The products should be intact without any damage, scratches or contamination.
Return application: You need to submit a return application through our customer service channel within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return process:
Submit a return application: Please submit a return application via email or online customer service, providing your order number, product information and reason for return.
Return confirmation received: Our customer service team will process and reply to you within 24 hours to confirm the specific operation method of the return.
Product return: Please send the product back according to our instructions. The return postage is borne by you unless there is a quality problem with the product.
Refund processing: We will process a refund for you after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions. The refund will be returned within 7-15 working days through the original payment method.
2. Exchange policy
If the goods you received have quality problems or do not match your order, we will provide you with a replacement service. The replacement goods should meet the following conditions:
The goods have quality problems: such as the goods are defective, damaged or not shipped as ordered.
Exchange application: You need to submit a replacement application within 30 days after receiving the goods.
Exchange process:
Submit a replacement application: Please submit a replacement application via email or online customer service, explain your problem, and provide the order number and relevant product information.
Receive a replacement confirmation: Our customer service team will confirm your replacement request within 24 hours and provide the replacement steps.
Send back the goods: Please send back the goods to be exchanged, and we will bear the postage for the returned goods (provided that the goods have quality problems).
Send out the replacement goods: We will send you the replacement goods as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods and confirming the problem.
3. Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products
The following products are not subject to the return and exchange policy:
Used products: Once the products have been used, washed or altered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized products: Any personalized or customized products, such as embroidery, custom sizes, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are quality problems.
Specialized products: For some promotional or special-priced products, the specific return and exchange policy will be stated at the time of purchase.
4. Refund policy
Refund method: The refund will be processed according to the original payment method when you paid, and the refund processing time is usually 7-15 working days.
Refund amount: The returned products must meet the return conditions, and the refund amount is the actual payment amount of the products. Freight is usually not refunded unless there are quality problems with the products or it is our fault.
5. Special circumstances
Order error: If we send the wrong product or the product has quality problems, we will bear the relevant return and exchange costs.
Delivery problem: If the product is damaged during transportation, you need to report it to us within 7 days after receiving the product, and we will arrange for it.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Return postage: Unless there is a quality problem with the product or it is our fault, the return postage is borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable mailing method and keep the return receipt.
Refund arrival time: Depending on the payment method, the refund arrival time may vary. Generally, credit card refunds take 5-10 business days, and PayPal refunds are faster.
